Lowering my 16v(96) by 40mm

I want to lower my 16v by 40mm, but I dont know what are the best springs and shocks. I do want the complete kit cause the cars done about 75,000 miles so she could do with new ones aswell. Can anyone help or just piont me in the right direction.

have GAZ and they RULE, seriously mate, if you want decent suspension, get these.

put it this way, i am yet to lose it in the dry, and i am now a nutter on corners

Im going for FK Automotive coilovers which use Koni internals. Just waiting for them to arrive from Germany. Plumped for these as they are TUV approved so actually tested on the car and also come with lifetime warranty.
