Hi all, looking for a 182 or 172 have about 2 k to spend on one, anything I should be looking out for. Are these reliable cars? Do they all come with xeons?

Become a member and get in the classified section mate. No, they won't all have xenons.

Cups don't come with xenons or any of the other creature comforts really.
Should get a well sorted one for that money

The 182 FF comes with all 'the toys' and you should get one with your budget, just make sure it's belts, dephaser and water pump have been done in recent years, if not haggle this into the price as they're £500 to do. Reliability wise they have a few electrical gremlins more so in the ABS system but nothing to expensive to sort.

Yes definitely, there was a fantastic 182 on here for sale for £2100 and had pretty much everything sorted...:up:

Main checkpoints are engine belts/dephaser pully, aux belt, and thoroughly check gearbox in all gears and revs, they are rubbish and usually need repairing/renewing or replacing around the age they are now, dependant on mileage and abuse ofcourse.... Can be pretty costly.... Other than that most things are pretty cheap to do on 172/182's.....:up:
