LCD Display Bulbs - Job for the weekend

One of the bulbs in the LCD display in the centre of my dash has gone out, do you guys know how to remove the display to change the bulbs? I've had a quick look but couldn't fathom it. The car is a phase 2 172.

i was told ya gotta take the top of the dash off but don't hold me to that cos i've neva tried meself lol.

top of the dash has to come off, i got renault to do it at my last service, was £12 i think to get both bulbs changed
