key fob wont work

Hi the key fob won't work the red light still comes on. I've replaced the battery and it still won't work. it just stopped working all of a sudden. Ideas please

i had this yesterday, disconnect and reconnect one of the terminals on the car battery. make sure you have your radio code too. this sorted mine after it suddenly stopped working.
