Just bought a new 172, Engine is jumping when idle?

Hey purchased a 172 last night, Drives fine but when it's idle it kinda hiccups and shakes, you can hear it as well as feel it. Guessing it's not normal? :S Any idea what it could be?

sounds normal to me mate. they do have a lumpy idle

i did same picked mine up last saturday and idle feels like its missing abit or as if its been cammed but after some research they do have a lumpy idle something to do with emissions for MOT
