is it hard to change wheel bearings on a non sport car?

our 1.4 16v as started with the wheel bearing noise, ours doesnt have discs at the rear just drums etc so is it an hard job to change them or not? i guess i might has well change the drum brakes as well if i ihave to take them off to get to the bearings but just thought id ask if its an easy job (i know about the pressing being the hardest part) to strip and get to them or not?

you'll be needing a 20ton press, removing from car is easy enough
