had the cup about 5 weeks or so now, and still not got the ISR details through. Gave them a ring to find out where the documents were to be told i would have to pay £20 to get it registered.

I thought the dealer would have to register it for you when you bought the car, as it says in the ISR details

"Renault dealers registers the i.d number with the ISR. Retainagroup will then send you confermation of registration"

Can anyone clear this up for me?

should they do it or do i have to?

Mine came through without having to do anything.

It says on the back of the sticker in the car if you havent had it within a few weeks call them.

Mine came really quickly.

tbh im a little bit peeved when you pay 10.5k cash for something and find out you have to register it your self ,and they wanna charge you another £20 for doing so

dealer should register it, I got mine through last week. Had the car for just over 2 weeks.
