Injector fault on clio 182

Hi could someone give me some advice please. I had a diagnostics done error code p0304 came up I've just had new spark plugs so its not that. But whilst changing the oil there was petrol found mixed in with it. Would you say it's a faulty injector or could something else cause a mixture between the two. Any advice would be great.

plug it into a renault clip machine and it will tell you what the fault is
