Hub Question

Do 172s/182s use sport hubs or do any Clio hubs fit? I know they will have to have ABS mount or do they all have them?

Sport hubs are different to non sport hubs. Even sport hubs are different through the range (cup, cup packed bla bla).

Thanks very much. In need of a hub, and my mechanic wasn't too sure so I said I would ask on here.
