Hub Nut X plate 172

Just a quick question.
I am replacing the Abs ring on the front offside wheel, And i need to get the hub off..

Is there a locking mech, or i just need to get a large bar and jump on it (anti clockwise) while the car is on the ground to loosen it up?

and what do i tourque it back to after 300nm?
/edit also where can i get a tw that goes to 300nm+

Also is the nut 32mm? or 34mm?

long bar. 30mm socket. as for doing it back up, just tighten as much as possible, dont go mad.
