How to drain coolant?

Howdy. My 182 has just had its 4th birthday so i thought id treat it to a coolant change, But where do you drain the coolant from? Ive had a look under the car cant find a drain tap so is it a hose off if so which one ? There isn't much space around so does any other panels have to come off ?

lower rad hose off, thermostat out, upper rad hose off, flush rad, job done

you can f**k about and flush the heater matrix, but i wouldn't bother
