how do you remove the sliver bit where the dials are

Yep dashtop off so you can get the dials out then take them apart to get it out.

6x t20 torx heads to take top dash off
2x t20 torx heads under the steering wheel to remove wheel casing
4 torx bolts holding clocks in place
disconnect clocks
a couple of smaller torx head bolts on rear of clocks
and then it should pop off

and its a plastic welded a little bit on the back but comes of really easy i did this not so long ago and it looks ace
