How can i check whether 172 aux belt was changed?

Is there anyway i can somewho find out whether the aux belt was changed as my clio 172 is on 43k now was at 41k when i brought it and theres no service history

Simply, no. Just check the condition of it, if its cracked or looks fucked, change it.

IF you are talking about the cambelt, dont take the risk, CHANGE IT NOW!!!

Cambelt will be good for 60k+ usually, but if theres no SH for it, you can't be sure its been looked after. Wait for your 48k service and have it changed then, your looking at £350 for cam+aux
