noticed today smc renault in surrey are doing an offer on aircon regas and deodorise at £59 inc vat


booked the 172 cup in for friday ...... its first visit to a dealer for a while rather than a specialist ,just happens the dealer is a stones throw away.

Not really as mine's needed re-gassing for a few years, i've just never got round to it,
it works fine on all but the hottest days, but seeing as you can normally count them on one hand, it's never bothered me.

I use the heaters more in the winter than cold air in the summer.

Windows open is all the aircon I need tbh.

Tried mine for the first time last week and does not work any more - seemed fine demisting during the winter months.

Never mind - auto climate enabled but with air con disabled is how I run it usually anyway, it can regulate temperature quite happily on all but the most insanely hot days

Will get it recharged at some point I guess.

Non motorway. AC off Pano roof open windows down. Bit warmer but you can't get the same feeling from the AC as you do with everything open/down.

Mine is awesome when it's on but afterwards it smells like angel delight powder and then smelly windows after they've been licked (the only thing I can think to liken it to lol!)

right, think mines working about 50%... tell me if aircon should cool the air on idle??... as mine doesent just blows warmish, soon as you get moving at like 10mph + its cold and good enough for me atm... my nearest garage that does it (20 miles away) wants 66 quid inc vat for a regas! so sacked that idea off since it half works...
