High Pitched Squeal @ High RMP

When the engines properly warm and I take it above 5000 RPM (but occasionally below this level) I can hear a high pitched squeal from the engine, only really does it under load, so can't hear it stationary. It sounds like a belt slipping or something but cars only got 31k on it. Any ideas?

Has the Auxilery Belt been changed yet and what reg is the car?

Yeah, aux belt was done at 34k, but it still does this squeal at high rpm. Its odd, I can hit the rev limited once or twice and it wont make the noise, but then once its started to squeal it will squeal at reasonably low rmp, like 4k. Anyone any ideas?
