High lamba low co and hc Fail emmisons

I have looked at old posts and can't find this particular arrangement of readings

My car has just failed on its emmisons the car was fully up to temp and during the second longer higher rpm test the fluid boiled over as my cooling fan didn't work.

The car has a miltek cat back exhaust and drives superb and gives an average of 34mpg

You've got an exhaust blow somewhere IMO.

I think there is a slight one in the cat to mani join so you be bang on the money there. Am I reading the results correctly in thinking the lamba was running leaner in the second fast idle? Thanks dan
