Help! Somebody's welded my Scopion

I have a scopion exhaust system (the single backbox noneRS192 system) with scorpion sportscat fitted. I am trying to fit a decat but have the issue of the previous owner having the cat welded to the centre system (and not particularly nicely).

In terms of fitting a decat to this what would people advise.
The garage I took it to said pretty much all they could do for me was to make a new centre section that would fit the miltek decat I have.
Any thoughts on what I should do here.

Leave it alone. Sell your decat.
Save your monies. Its french and will prob be broken down next week anyways...

I personally wouldn't bother touching it, your not suffering from any blowing, you wont gain much if any since the the 182 has a sports cat already, all your going to get is the horrible smell from a decat and more noise.

if you want to then take it to a custom exhaust place and get them to sleave your decat and your centre section or somthing

A mate of mine runs Powerflow North West, he'd do it cheap for you if you want 1-2 bhp.
