Help! Clio mk 1 suspension

Ok so I have a Clio mk1 a 96regards and I really need help with the suspension because it's horrendous... Body roll on corners I feel like I'm on a boat but can't find were to get it sorted. Any help please?

If u still looking to know about it fella I had a mk1 myself and the body roll was so bad I thought she mite tip over in the corners lol the best solution is to check all your major suspension parts an replace wat ever is needed but that's just my opinion.
