Headlight Adjuster thing

Any idea if you can salvage this part and swap to another headlight (the same type)

The one on my new headlight is snapped and have one intact (pictured) on my old lights that I could use, if I could figure out how to get it out?

Any ideas?

Yes you can, it's a bit fiddly but can be done, I butchered one of my old headlights to fix my xenons, you can use long nose pliers to get in.

These things are brittle as anything and broke as soon as the slightest pressure was applied to try and get them off stupid things
