He says its converted to MPH - but i dont believe that for a second. I think his idea of conversion is to pen change the K to an M!
But in all honesty it is MPH however -
If you look at the time stamp he starts bang on 2 sec (from a mildly rolling start) Hits 70 at way in to 10 seconds (closer to 11) so thats 8.5 sec to 60. then hits 100 at just ove 18 sec. so his 16 sec to 100 is correct.
