funny noise when starting the 182

when i start the 182 up it makes a funny noise like a ticking/rattle sort of sound. its coming from under the bonnet but can't seem to find out where. the sound just lasts for a few seconds then goes away but sometimes when i stop the car like turn of the ignition it trys to start up(the starter is turning but it won't fire because the ignition is off)

the car runs fine though.

any1 got any ideas lol
