fornt wheel bearing?

apologies if this thread already exists but i need to know if its possible to change the front wheel bearing on a ph2 172 without using a press. any help appreciated!!!

If you take the disc off yourself, they may just press it for you, for some beer tokens. Save you some labour at least.
