At the back on the left hand side theres 2 bolt holes out of line.

this was posted recently and the answer was bolt spacing and 182 has an extra breather pipe. iirc the height of the rear whole i different and causes idle to be at 3k with a 182 plenum attached.
That does look as tho its plenum & manifold tho.
