Should i put nething down before i put the sheet of mdf down, inbetween the metal and wood? people say dynamat but its too expensive!

well i cut mine to fit tight.

so it dosent move one bit, quite a tricky job likes

Yeah, i just cut mine so it fits really tight. Nothing underneath it.

Ha ha! Yeah it pays its rent by amusing me when it starts singing and dancing! Though it gets exceptionally annoying after much longer than 10secs or so! Best in small doses...!
