Excellent Reno customer service

After a very painful month trying to get my new car sorted out,i phoned Reno customer services,who took up my argument with my supplying dealer and have managed to get more done in the last two hours than me arguing with them for the last month.Excellent work.

So hopefuly i should get my 182 back by the end of the week.

Its bad though really isnt it...you know.....new car and problems with service..they should be bending over backwards with embarrasment
