esp problem

hi.

i have noticed that my esp light has been coming on (and staying on) by its self. i have tried to turn it off and it doesn't turn off unless i turn the ignition off. then it seems ok when i turn it back on.

i have also noticed that the esp has cut in a couple of times when it really shouldn't have (ie going round a bend in fourth barely touching the accelerator).

anyone got any ideas?
