Engine light flashing after exhaust problem

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone could help. Basically my exhaust split from the manifold and cat while driving which caused the engine management to start flashing, which is expected.
So I've change the spring bolt exhaust kit and the exhaust is now fine, not blowing at all.
But the management light is still flashing and the car is still hesitant under acceleration like something is cutting the fuel.
Is this related to the light flashing still, should it reset itself now the exhaust is sorted or will I need it reset by someone.
Any help or guidence would be much appreciated cal.

it's an injector, nothing to do with the exhaust.

Thanks for the reply much appreciated, dropped it off this morning having it plugged in hopefully get to the bottom of it.

Ye you was right injector number 4 has gone better get some ordered cus number to is throwing up a fault to.
