Duplicating video source using 2x sony amps

  Jap Box
Think this is a simple question but im pretty hungover right now so it seems like rocket science.

Ive got 2 Sony STR-DE495 5.1 dolby amplifiers. Heres the interface panel on the back:

Now say I wanted to duplicate Sky from one tv to another using this amps inputs and outputs is it possible?

Would I even need to use both amps or can I just use one? I usually just have them both setup on double floored speaker setups for house partys but never bothered to push the tv signal into upstairs too as I never looked properly into it.

Thanks for any advice.

Any ideas guys? Im assuming I simply put the cables into in "in" section of "Video 1" then output them on the "out" part of it?

Although im not entirely sure what the "monitor" but does either.
