Cutting out in the mornings??

Thought i'd cured my cutting out issue when i re welded my exhaust manifold. But it's started doing it again, It only seems to do it when its cold i drive for maybe 2 miles from the house and get to a hilly section and then the cutting out starts it clears itself when you lift off for a sec but it won't take any acceleration seems to be fuel related any ideas??.

I've changed the leads,plugs and fuel filter recently but still no joy.

I also sprayed all the electrics with silicone spray as its been really wet up here for a while.
