Clutch disengagement rattle on cold?

  182
Hi guys,

When I disengage on start ups to shift in to 1st or to stop, there's a proper rattling sound which doesn't seem healthy. Only seems to do it when cold, firing up in 20 degrees + doesn't have the same problem.

Should I just be more gentle on it or something? I tend to shift fairly quickly and smoothly so that the powertrain engages at the matched RPM.

Haven't noticed any problems in the way of driveability, just the annoying noise.

Cheers
