Clio MkIII head unit question?

Hey Everyone,

Im going to change to the stock head unit in my clio.

Do i need to get a fascia aswell for it to fit?
It looks a pretty standard size but i thought i'd ask.

Also has anyone changed the head unit and still got the stereo control stick by the steering wheel to still work?
