Hi is this spring right never had any sit like this before ?
car is a clio iv dci with h&r springs

Yes, that is correct. That is how H & R get the car to sit lower, and the poor ride as essentially you are using very little spring to control the ride. The rest of the spring is just there so it doesn't fall out on full droop.
