Options?

Well you can Lower just using Springs, There are -35mm, -40mm and -60mm Sets out there everywhere, Or you can do Springs and Dampeners in pretty much the same Drop Sets at the springs or you can do Fully Adjustable Coilovers which usually allow you to play about with the drop anywhere betwenn -25mm to -75mm Roughly

Depends on your Budget and how low you want to go!

  RB 200 Cup!
IMO if you want a drop of more than 35mm then uprated dampeners etc would be needed - 35 and less than just springs will suffice
