Clio dash test, how-to guide

to test your dials and lights on your dash press the hold in the mileage reset button then turn the ignition on whilst keeping it pressed, after a few seconds it will run the dash test. just turn the ignition off to get it out of this mode, the car will start and run fine when the test is running. in later model clios you may have to keep hold of the button on the wiper stalk as well.

On my mk2's all I did was hold the end of the stalk and turn the key.. I take it it's the same thing?

How do you do the oil one in the ph1?? Or is that all part of the same sequence?

the oil one on my ph1 just comes on when I start the car then 2-5seconds goes away.
