Clio Battery/Engine Wiring...

Hi, I need to return my clio to as stock as possible in order to sell it.

Now, I had at one point a huge Stereo System in it, which involved 2 Optima Yellow Top Batteries, and a split charge system

For around the past year, I've ran a much smaller stereo system, and just the 1 Optima Yellow Top Battery, which is under the bonnet in the stock location.

Now I am going to put a standard battery back in and use the stock mounting system

However, the Optima has custom terminals, which mean the Stock set up has been "hacked" for want of a better word...

Now, I'm thinking the best bet is to start again with the wiring and I think this is what I need:

However, my biggest issue is the wire in this pic:

See the red one with the black sheathing on?

Thats been cut short, and goes into a battery terminal for the Optima, but how can I get a stock one? What are they called?
