I have recently bought my wife a 1995 1.8 Clio Baccara Automatic. It is a real tidy example and have had no issues with the car other than the auto box which seems to change gear fine when cold but when it gets warm it changes up gear no problem but them stays in 3rd gear. It does not reach 4th gear and it does not kick down. It has also stopped staying in gear once stopped i.e. if at traffic lights the car rolls back and only when the revs are kept at about 1300rpm does it remain in gear. Can anyone help please.
