Clio 182 cooling fan issues

I have recently just fitted a new rad and fan to the front end of the clio. What temperature does the fan switch on at?

Also when connecting the RS tuner up to the car i get a fault:

- Cooling fan 1 relay on activation

Anyone any idea what that is or how to fix it. I tried to run a actuator test on slow speed and high speed but it did nothing.

Also why is there two plugs to the fan. Does one plug have 12V on it all the time and the other used to switch it on?

just found a blown fuse in the engine compartment. Will replace that and hopefully it will sort it!
