clio 172 mk2 ph2 smoking help?

Hi everyone, my name is Andre, im new here,
I have a 172 mk2 ph2 rs clio and it smokes. At start up it doesnt smoke hugely but as i put my foot down it chokes between 2.5 and 4k revs and kicking out clouds of blue smoke as if its burning oil, which it is. Cylinder 1 is apparently the main problem after having a mechanic look at it and cylinder 1s spark plug was black, anyone know what it might be?

Could be a number of things mate, possibly valve stem oil seals or piston rings (on number one if that's supposedly the affected one)
