clio 172 cup oil sitting under inlet manifold

hi all i seem to be getting oil coming out of some where around the rocker cover area and get little puddles of oil in d voids but im not sure its d rocker seal is there any where else it cud come from above the rocker and is it possible to get tiny amounts of oil in the exhust system as when its hot and idling on the drive it starts to burn oil out of the exhaust cheers
