clifford alarm unlocking car but not letting me start it

Hey all,

I have a clifford g5 fitted to my clio and although it will let me unlock and get into the car, it wont let me start it....its as if the immobiliser is stuck and 'forgetting' to allow me to start the car. Sometimes i can get it to start if i just keep turning it on and off agai repeatedly and after a while it suddenly starts but this is hit and miss.

Any ideas what it could be or how i can solve it?
