Cleaning 182 Headlight casing.

My '04 182's headlight covers look pretty bad now - all misted up,cloudy and could with a real rejuvenation. Is that kit from Halfords the best thing for it? Or is there a cheaper way to do it instead of shelling out £25?

I used the autogylm kit from halfords right good price of kit did my Clio my parents focus and a mates car to and still got enough left to do another car

Depends what equipment you have already. If you have a DA/polisher (or can borrow one) there's no need to buy a kit, you just need some polish and wet and dry in various grades (I normally go for 800 > 1500 > 3000).

Could get a buffer with some compound and try that. I used the 3m kit which worked well until the drill ran out of battery lol.
