Cat to centre gasket - Bolt spacing and recommendations

I'm puttin my decat on pretty soon and as my exhaust keeps blowing with all the sealants/gums I put in i've been looking for some metal gaskets instead.

I've found this one on eBay but I dunno if the bolt spacing is right and whether it'll work well?

The join will also have a heavy duty exhaust clamp on (also from eBay) so just wondered about everyones thoughts on the gasket.
