Carbon Lorraine RC5+ Anti Squeel Shims?

Hi Guys

Had my new pads delivered but noticed there is no backing etc to stop any squeeling. would something like spray coppper grease over the backing plate (not the pads!) be sufficient? I dont mind a bit of noise but if something simple can reduce it then ill do it!

They're basically a track pad so no shims in general.

Can get proper brake grease which is better than copper grease IMO.

Mintex ceratec or something similar.

I went with copper slip in the end from Halford and appears to have worked so far. I used the pritt stick type stuff on the back of the pad
