Buying a 172 MK2

Hi, im looking into buying a 172 MK2 i have now looked at a few. The one i saw today was really nice, good price as well. The only thing that bothers me about it is its done 51k and its had the suspension and exhuast replaced. Should these things be replaced around this mark?? Its a 2002 car (early, 01 plate) I know its a highish mileage but should i let that bother me ? also when should the cam belt be replaced??

Cambelt is 76,000 iirc.

TBH, youd be hard pressed to find a clio that hasnt had something replced on it. They fall apart like abi titmusss legs.
