Bung holes in back of Clio?!!

Hi All,

Posted a thread about my water leak and its now been fixed (apparently). It comes from 2 holes in the rear of the car in the recess in between the rear lights and the rubber seal (its where the boot lid rubber stoppers make contact with the car when you shut the boot).

Is this normal? What are the holes for and why have they got rubber bungs in them as mine leaked!!??

Fraid not at the mo - will try to upload 2moro... Its a "hole" in either side of the car thats right next to the rear lights when you lift the boot

ive sealed up a few before on the early ph2s 51-52 platers

Oh?! Mine is a 52 plate 172 cup. Why are the holes there?
