brake piston rewind

hey,
gonna change my own brakes but am really confused by brake piston rewind tools.

do u need right hand or left handed?

Whats the difference?

Just use a G-clamp?

as said just use a G-clamp, but if your gettin a winder u want a right hand

flat head screwdriver across the piston face grove works perfectly for me!

Big G clamp and the old pad as a chock.

ive got a big set of pliers that fit across the caliper that do the trick no problem.

as for the rear just a screw driver or something to wind it back in, clockwise iirc?
