bloody brakes!

im not happy wiv the brakes on my valver.

if i drive along and push the pedal it really saggy and theres no pressure and the brakes are pants if i pump them a couple of times the pedal goes hard and the brakes seem much better them if i leave them again they go sh*te

COULD THIS BE THE FLEXI HOSES AS THEY ARE BULDGING AND GETTING REPLACED SOON

its a vacuum prob on the servo.......it seems not to be holding any reserve.

check for splits on vacuum hoses, pump the pedal when the engine is off to check the servo seal (pedal should go hard after 2-3 pumps)..........
