Best + Cheapest Place To Get SAT NAV

hey looking to get sat nav for the clio, looking at all the PDA + Wired sat nav units but dont really have a clue, if someone can point me in the right direction this would be ideal. dont want anything to flash , also is it possible to have speed camera detection on there ,
