To be honest, so long as what I've ordered arrives in the next couple of weeks I'll be perfectly happy. The price was low and the quality of the product is good (IMO) and I'm in no real hurry.

Got an email yesterday after 8 days of waiting, asking if I wanted 'smurfs blood' iron remover Instead of normal stuff as they've ran out. Doubt they'll refund the difference though

Which kind of contradicts the ‘getting rid of old stock’ line for the 40% off.

If it doesn’t turn up today I’ll start a PayPal dispute.

I never had an issue with my previous order.

My concern is I got a message from them the day before yesterday saying it would be with me yesterday, I then got an email yesterday saying it would be with my today.

And......nothing.

This is ridiculous. I'd much rather someone be honest with me and say 'really sorry, we've messed up, here's your money back' rather than 'oh, it'll be with you tomorrow .... oh, it still hasn't arrived, don't worry, it'll be with you the day after tomorrow etc etc.

I think just over a week.
As I've mentioned already, so long as it arrives I'm more than happy as I wasn't in a rush.

They have been busy rebranding and opening shop, shame the basics still aren't in order though.
