Are the track rods changeable on a ph1 172?

Had my mot done today and the guy (and me coz i was round him like a tramp on a bag of chips) noticed a very very slight knock/play in the steering. Nothing to fail the mot on or even advise but we traced it to the n/s track rod joint. Not the rod end but the one under the steering rack boot.

Can u get the track rods separate or need the whole rack? Anyone changed one?

Ive done them before on escort's and fiesta's and they are easy but this is a Renault were talking about

i'm pretty sure russ16v has just done his. iirc there was a thread asking if there were many different ones, as he had some with the wrong thread?
